For as long as she can remember, Annie has always felt an affinity for the word abode. Being an adventurer herself, and someone who often embarks on sojourns, she knows the importance of finding the perfect dwelling. Finding the right investment can be an abode, a dwelling, or a place of sojourn, and each experience is meaningful. This is what she excels at most, getting to know her buyers, understanding their wants and desires, and then bringing those to life in the perfect investment. Perhaps it was her previous time spent as a barista and manager of several growing third wave coffee establishments. Her experience in this capacity gave her an intuition of what customers were seeking, to the point she practically knew what someone was going to order before they did! Annie makes it her business to keep up on rental housing laws. Her ingenuity helps clients identify and strategize their approach to purchasing income property and protecting it, in order to build a future larger than they ever thought possible!
Annie is a Broker Associate at Compass, a designated Realtor, a member of California Association of Realtors, (C.A.R.), and a member of the East Bay Rental Housing Association. She has expertise in transactions ranging from first time home buyers, sellers buying up or downsizing, 1031 exchanges, trusts and probate sales, 2–4-unit investor purchases, fixers, design work, and FHA buyers. Her passion for design and marketing increases the value of every listing she touches, because she uses her creative talent and trusted network to bring out the best in each property.
When not immersing herself in real estate, Annie loves exploring vacation towns around California, hiking with her pup Roxy, wine tasting, accumulating new plants for her yard, cruising flea markets, and spending as much quality time with friends and family as possible!
